CM Value Added Services is looking for a vibrant, driven and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join the Account Manager department to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department. We are a national Network Operator who physically constructs and maintains its own infrastructure in South Africa and abroad. We are looking for a well-groomed, presentable individual between the ages of 22-28 with a passion for organisation and an eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be assisting our account managers with their day-to-day admin related tasks, including responding to emails, answering and directing calls, assisting the scheduling of appointments and meetings, assist with quotes and reports, as well as other related duties and provide general administration support to the account managers.

Requirements:
• We need you to be someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people - we are nice people and are looking for similarly nice people to work with.
• We believe that you can, and should, enjoy your day at work and time with your colleagues.
• You need to be computer literate (be able to type at least 35 words per minute) and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office … a good sense of humour is a must to 😊
